DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with a copy of the trial transcript to aid in the preparation of a writ of error coram nobis application to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated October 23, 2007 (People v Sawyer, 44 AD3d 970), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 31, 2002.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
