Motion by the respondent to strike stated portions of the appellant's reply brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 9, 2008, and to impose a sanction upon the appellant and for an award of costs and fees incurred in the making of the motion pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1.
