It is Ordered that the appellants' motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal from the December 8, 2008 Civil Court order to the December 2009 term. The filing deadline is October 14, 2009. This is the twelfth (12) order in this yet to be perfected appeal involving a four page order of the Civil Court, and the appellants have yet to take any affirmative steps to perfect the appeal, in violation of 22 - NYCRR § 640.6. Accordingly, no further extension of time will be granted. The stay is continued to and including October 14, 2009.
