| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered March 27, 2009, to include certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the record is enlarged to include the following documents, which are annexed to the motion papers as Exhibits D through F: (1) an undated stipulation between the parties concerning payment of the sum of $101,897.52 from proceeds held in escrow, (2) a letter dated May 28, 2009, to Ms. Julie Hyman as well as annexed checks numbered 1099 and 1098, a Citibank deposit slip and Citibank withdrawal slip, and (3) a NY Member Enrollment Form for Oxford Health Insurance Company, Inc., dated April 15, 2009, Addition/Termination Change Form, fax cover sheet dated April 29, 2009, and NY Member Enrollment Form for Oxford Health Insurance Company, Inc., dated April 1, 2009.
