| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Norman A. Olch, Esq., for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellants on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated September 7, 2007, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw as counsel is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is granted and the time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until September 29, 2009, and the reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
