In the Matter of Mathew K. Cherian, appellant,

v Rosamma K. Matthew, respondent.

(Docket No. F-2275-05)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Mathew K. Cherian from a purported order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated July 24, 2009, and an order of the same court dated August 4, 2009.

Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from the purported order dated July 24, 2009 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and the appellant is not aggrieved by the order dated August 4, 2009 (see CPR 5511).

PRUDENTI, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, SPOLZINO and SKELOS, JJ., concur.
