DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent Kings Park Central School District for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 25, 2007, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated April 7, 2009, to stay all proceedings on the causes of action asserted against it pending determination of the causes of action asserted against the respondent CSEA, Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this court. Separate motion by the respondent CSEA, Local 1000, AFSCME, AFL-CIO for leave to reargue the appeal, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied, with one bill of $100 costs.
