Motion by the appellants Otis Tucker and Brenda Beloosesky to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 5, 2009. Separate motion by the appellants Iris Vito, Ashwin Jadhav, Lisa Rolon, and New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
