Appeals by Angelica C. and John R. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 10, 2009, and separate appeal by Angelica C. from a decision of the same court dated August 11, 2008.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the decision dated August 11, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-07553), is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Family Ct Act § 1112; Schicchi v J. A. Green Constr. Corp., 100 AD2d 509).
