It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting the appellants' briefs to be accepted by the Clerk of the Court and noticed for the December 2009 term. Answering briefs are to be served and filed by October 29, 2009. The cross-motion to vacate the stay is denied, without prejudice to renew in the event the appellants fail to comply with the prior order of this Court.
