Town House Mgt. v Belinsky, Joseph, et al.
It is Ordered that the landlord-respondent's motion to vacate the stay is granted. The execution of the warrant of eviction is stayed through October 14, 2009, as per the prior order of this Court. Any application for a reinstatement of the stay must be accompanied with proof of the deposit of the use and occupancy outstanding for August [$502.50] and September 2009 [ $825.oo] with the Clerk of the Civil Court and after the perfection of the appeal of a December 8, 2008 order.
