Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved of an assignment to represent the children Daniel Marcus Y., Keisha Nicole Y. B., Kerry Jamal Y. B., and Kia Kianna B. on appeals from five orders of the Family Court, Queens County, all dated May 5, 2008, for the assignment of new counsel to represent the children Daniel Marcus Y., Kerry Jamal Y. B., and Kia Kianna B. and new counsel to represent the child Keisha Nicole Y. B., and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief as attorney for the child Keith Wayne B. Y.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the attorney for the children Daniel Marcus Y., Keisha Nicole Y. B., Kerry Jamal Y. B., and Kia Kianna B., Gary Eisenberg, Esq., 10 Esquire Road - Suite 10, New City, New York 10956 , is directed to turn over copies of all papers in the action to the new attorneys for the children herein assigned; and it is further,
