Petitioner having moved for an order granting him a stay of judgment pending the determination of the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, Cayuga County, entered May 9, 2007, and the appeal taken from an order of Supreme Court, Cayuga County, entered June 15, 2007, and for other relief.
