ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that Michael Frey, Esq. is relieved as counsel for appellants and no further proceeding shall be taken until the expiration of 30 days from the date of this decision and order, which shall be mailed to appellants by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to appellants to appoint other counsel under CPLR 321 (c).
