DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated April 9, 2009, to include an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, dated July 8, 2009, and entered in an action entitled People v Collier, under Case No. 6377C-2009, and an order of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, County of Kings, dated March 20, 2008, and entered in an action entitled People v Collier, under Case No. 2007KN803.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall file copies of the above-referenced order with the original papers on file with the Clerk of this Court.
