Motion by the appellant, in effect, to hold in abeyance appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 2, 2007, and two orders of the same court dated October 30, 2007, and December 3, 2007, respectively, pending determination of a related appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeals will be held in abeyance pending determination of the appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 30, 2009, docketed under Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-02276.
