On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 17, 2009, in the above-entitled case, which granted the separate motions by the respondents Yvette Martas, Michael Silverstein, New York University OB/GYN Associates, and New York University Medical Center and the respondents Gwyneth Levy, David Horowitz, and Pediatric Associates of NYC to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered December 18, 2008, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the date "April 14, 2008," and substituting therefor the date "December 18, 2008".
