Motion by Nechama Markovici for leave to reargue a prior motion for leave to appeal to this court from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated June 29, 2009, and to stay enforcement of the orders pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated August 3, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
