| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 28, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, denied a motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 22, 2009, and August 13, 2009, respectively, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof and from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "for summary reversal of stated portions of the order entered April 22, 2009" and substituting therefore the words "for summary reversal of stated portions of the order entered August 13, 2009".
