ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 15, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "Suffolk County", and substituting therefor the words "Westchester County".
