| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by Tangela Denise Smith, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 4, 1998, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Tangela Smith Richter.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Tangela Denise Smith to Tangela Smith Richter, effective immediately.
