| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 30, 2009, to amend a decision and order on motion of this court dated September 3, 2009, which granted a stay on condition that the appeal be perfected by October 5, 2009.
Upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the decision and order on motion of this court dated September 3, 2009, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the dates, October 5, 2009, November 4, 2009, and November 16, 2009, and substituting therefor the dates October 14, 2009, November 18, 2009, and December 2, 2009, respectively.
