On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 25, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which determined a motion by Stephanie Le and a cross motion by Lynn J. Brustein-Kampel and Abel & Brustein-Kampel, P.C., on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, IDV Part, Rockland County, entered February 25, 2009, and its order on application dated September 3, 2009, which determined an application by Kevin Le in the same appeal and cross appeal are amended by deleting from the caption thereof the following: "(Appeal No. 1)" and "Stephanie Le, respondent, v Kevin Le, appellant. (Appeal No. 2)."
