On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its order on certification dated August 24, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 15, 2009, and a decision of the same court dated February 6, 2009, is amended by adding to the first sentence, after the date June 15, 2009, the words "and a decision of the same court dated February 6, 2009," and by deleting from the first decretal paragraph the word "appeal" and substituting therefor the word "appeals"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the assigned counsel for Marlene M. is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
