Appeals by Brian Quiman from an amended judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered April 30, 2008, a judgment of the same court rendered May 1, 2008, and two judgments of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both rendered April 28, 2008. The appellant's brief was filed with the Clerk of this court on March 27, 2009. Application by the appellant to withdraw the brief previously filed and for leave to file a replacement brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's brief is deemed withdrawn and the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief on or before November 16, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent, if it be so advised, may serve and file a replacement brief on or before January 19, 2010.
