On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated August 25, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which determined motions by the respondent Catherine Coughlin and the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated August 18, 2008, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph the date "September 8, 2009," and substituting therefor the date "October 20, 2009".
