Motion by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 17, 2009, as directed them to pay use and occupancy and post an undertaking as a condition of a preliminary injunction enjoining the respondents from selling or evicting them from the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
