On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated October 2, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, granted that branch of the appellant's motion which was for the assignment of counsel, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated May 20, 2009, is amended by deleting from assigned counsel's name the middle name "Figdon" and substituting therefor the middle name "Migdon."
