| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of a determination of the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal dated August 28, 2008, and an award of an attorney's fee, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 30, 2009. Application by the respondents Diane Haines and Clara Waloff for an award of an attorney's fee, costs, and disbursements.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, and upon the application, it is
ORDERED that the motion and application are denied.
