Application by the petitioner-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 6, 2008. Application by the appellant Headriver, LLC, to enlarge the time to serve and file its reply brief.
ORDERED that the applications are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioner-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 16, 2009, and the petitioner-respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief of the appellant Headriver, LLC, shall be served and filed on or before December 7, 2009.
