Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 1, 2009, as awarded the respondent maintenance and directed him to pay child support to the respondent, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
