Motion by the appellant pro se to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion dated August 7, 2009, which vacated a decision and order on motion dated September 14, 2007, granting the appellant's renewed motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 28, 1999, and to enlarge his time to serve and file the supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
