ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated October 1, 2009, is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeal by Maritza Ayuso from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, (IDV Part), dated February 29, 2008. On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the scheduling order of this court dated September 11, 2009, is amended to provide that the time of the respondent to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 19, 2009, and the time of the attorneys for the children to serve and file their briefs is enlarged until November 6, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
