DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 19, 2008, to include certain deposition transcripts, to compel the parties' trial attorneys to deliver "their exhibits and evidence used at trial" to this court, and to grant him leave "to review and certify" those exhibits and evidence.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
