DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated December 1, 2008, in effect, to direct counsel for the parties to destroy all copies of the transcript of the minutes of the in camera interview with the subject child on October 29, 2008, and to direct counsel for the petitioner-respondent and the appellant not to discuss the matter contained in the transcript with their clients.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, counsel for the parties shall immediately destroy all copies of the transcript of the minutes of the in camera interview with the subject child on October 29, 2008, in their possession, and counsel for the petitioner-respondent and the appellant are directed not to discuss the matter contained in the transcript with their clients.
