Motion by the appellants-respondents to enjoin K & M Realty Group, Ltd., from performing any additional work on the subject development and to enjoin Village of Rye Brook from issuing additional permits pending hearing and determination of an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 16, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
