ORDERED that the time of the respondent St. Vincent's Services to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until November 2, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that, on the court's own motion, the brief of the attorney for the child that was deposited in the office of the Clerk of this court on October 5, 2009, is accepted for filing.
