On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated January 5, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, dismissed appeals by Chantal Jean G. from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County (one in each proceeding), both dated April 8, 2008, is amended by deleting from the footer thereof the date "January 5, 2008" and substituting therefor the date "January 5, 2009".
