| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants-respondents to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including a certain hearing to determine the value of certain companies, as well as to stay enforcement of so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 30, 2009, as directed them to pay for forensic accounting services, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
