Separate appeals by Ramon R. and Noemy H. from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated June 19, 2009. By order to show cause dated September 24, 2009, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause before this court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal by Noemy H. in the above-entitled proceeding, and relieving the attorney assigned on certification.
Now, on the court's own motion, and the papers filed in response to the order to show cause, which state that the appellant Noemi H. has now contacted the attorney assigned on certification, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
