| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 28, 2007, to strike the brief filed by Gihon, LLC, and to impose a sanction upon it, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before November 6, 2009; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
