| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 17, 2008, and a judgment of the same court dated December 18, 2008, and to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged, the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellant's appendix are waived, and the appellant's brief and appendix submitted to the Clerk of the court are accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 23, 2009, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
