| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file a supplement to his supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered September 25, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before December 22, 2009, the appellant shall file the supplement to the supplemental pro se brief raising issues regarding the additional transcripts with which he has been provided; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplement to the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
