Appeal by Emmanuel Acosta from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 12, 2009. The appellant's brief was filed in the office of the Clerk of this court on September 29, 2009. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Matthew J. Kazansky, Esq., dated October 6, 2009, it is
