Motion by Dennis Magnotta and Sandra Magnotta, d/b/a Alfonso Shoes, in effect, for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated May 22, 2009, which affirmed a judgment of the City Court, City of Mount Vernon, Westchester County, entered October 18, 2006.
