An appeal having taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 22, 2008, and the law guardian having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Michael Ballman, Esq., dated October 15, 2009, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the law guardian submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before November 19, 2009, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
