ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated October 28, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 3, 2009, is amended by deleting from the caption and footer thereof the name "Meyers" and substituting therefor the name "Myers."
