DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants pro se on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 17, 2008, and October 2, 2008, respectively, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellants' appendix.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, (1) the appellants are directed to cause the original papers constituting the court file to be filed in this court, (2) on or before January 12, 2010, the appellants shall settle and file the transcripts of the proceedings of the hearing that occurred on September 25, 2008, and September 26, 2008, and (3) on or before March 29, 2010, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental appendix containing (a) the relevant portions of the transcripts of the proceedings on September 25, 2008, and September 26, 2008, (b) the notice of motion for the appellants motion, inter alia, to stay proceedings, and (c) any affirmation or affidavit filed in opposition thereto; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the appellants' appendix is denied with leave to renew after compliance with the above directives.
