Motion by the appellant to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered December 11, 2007, and for the assignment of new counsel.

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to making a motion for leave to file a supplemental pro se brief after assigned counsel files a brief.
