On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated October 26, 2009, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by the appellant pro se, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered June 25, 2009, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph the words "Queens" and substituting therefor the words "Kings."
